 Hello everyone ,

In this post we will be talking about  the correlation between science and certain spiritual practices,in this post i am writing everything on my own knowledge and a little experience ,

it has been observed that a lot of scientific scholors have been lately started to study the spiritual dimensions and its effects in the real world although a conflict between strong believers of science and spiritual practices have been there since a considerable amount of time , a lot of people who have done something extraordinary in some field have somehow talked about it and expressed their views on it , many people are strong believers in the spiritual happenings which affect their real  lives and there are people who also give credit to their hardwork and determination with a good intent to help the society

Science and spirituality does have some things in common , both always have some degree of discoveribility in them .And that's what excites so many people to follow any one of the two or even better , both.

Practice of developing a spiritual outlook and meditation are two very important factors in one's life , though both are interlinked and somehow one leads to the other . This should not be looked upon some superstitious so called spiritual activities, these are actual tools which help us throughout our lives it changes our perspective towards the world, changes our mindset, relives stress and anxiety, helps us control our senses , improves immunity, improves consciousness , improves intuition , improves concentration and what not though the benefits will only manifest if we practice it with regularity.

Many people have different opinions on science and spirituality and their connection.

With due  respect to all the opinions , I must say that there is some degree of truth in spiritual happenings for an energy which is beyond science which all of us experience at some intervals of time , and that's what makes life a divine thing in itself.
